Boot Camp at Balboa *
A medium to high intensity workout, incorporating unconventional circuit training and Plyometric exercises. Guests will carry various weight loads while traversing paved and rugged unpaved terrain. Although all of the exercises can be modified to ones skill level, a moderate amount of experience is recommended.
