Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Morning Coffee Service available at the Front Desk from 7:00a.m. - 9:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.

Dining Services:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up Bodega.
  • Curadero at the Pool is serving food and drinks at our rooftop pool bar Thursday - Saturday from 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Pool Availability:

  • Our pool is open 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $25 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • Welcome beverage
    • $10 daily Food and Beverage credit
    • Printing and copying services up to 50 pages
    • Upgraded WiFi speed throughout the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces for up to 5 devices (normally a $14.99/night)

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available daily for $50 with no overnight access.
    • Sunday – Thursday: 6am – 11pm
    • Friday and Saturday: 24hrs

Fitness Center:

  • Our fitness center is open.

Housekeeping Services:

  • We are now providing housekeeping service upon request only. Our team will check in daily via text to offer delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 619-345-0466 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? For your safety, we have suspended our in-floor ice machine service in lieu of contactless delivery. Contact us 619-345-0466 and we'll take care of the rest.

Other Services:

  • In-House Bell services are limited.
