Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego curadero dishes

A vibrant Mexican street food restaurant in downtown San Diego

Located in Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego

In an abundance of caution, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend operations temporarily. The decision was made as a preventative measure in support of social distancing guidelines and the well-being of our team, community and guests. Visit our website for updates and status of our re-opening.

Curadero brings the authentic flavors of Mexico north of the border. As Hotel Palomar San Diego’s in-house taquería and ceviche bar, Curadero’s relaxed atmosphere is one part Mexico City cantina, two parts Rosarito taco stand, and 100% delicioso. Mornings mean breakfast tacos and traditional Mexican egg dishes, while lunch and dinner are all about Chef Kraten’s local, sustainable ceviche bar and creative tacos served on pillowy corn tortillas that are made in-house. Pair a couple (dozen) with something from our ever-changing margarita menu and head upstairs to the Arriba Room, a hang-out space stocked with vintage arcade games, foosball, pool tables and more.
